About Ray Bonneville: This veteran bluesman and songwriter has become a new favorite on the acoustic scene after many years fronting blues bands. His soulful harmonica, deep and driving rhythms combined with his distinctive and engaging voice and thoughtful lyrics give his music a groove, depth that Folk Roots Magazine called "...a potent blues cocktail reminiscent of John Lee Hooker and JJ Cale, leavened with Clapton and Dire Straits-styled guitar work."
