TICKETS & RESERVATIONS: Tickets are $10 advance/ $12 door, available on the web, mail, phone or at the outlets. Rockbottom Records (Portsmouth), Earcraft (Dover), Acoustic Outfitters (Stratham), and Gravestone Artwear (York Village) Opening the show will be local favorite singer/songwriter Dave Gerard. The Seacoast Guitar Society is a new non-profit organization to benefit the guitar lovers of the area. Musicians, students and fans are encouraged to join and support our cause..

DETAILS: The Mill Pond Center is a non-profit enterprise that has been a community theater and small concert space for many years, and we are pleased to be able to present an SGS concert there. It seats about 120 people, and has wonderful acoustics and a lovely atmosphere. There is no food or drink served, though we plan to provide some refreshments for this concert.

Workshop/Master Class: Pat is flying in that day from Virginia, and may not make it in time. We'll take reservations for a 4pm workshop and try to schedule it at the Inn on the Blues.


About Pat Donohue: Pat Donohue is considered one of the finest fingerstyle guitarists who ever lived, and his blues, swing, folk and swing playing electrifies audiences everywhere. He is a former National Fingerstyle Guitar Champion, and has recorded numerous solo albums of original and classic jazz, blues, swing and folk music. Add to this that he is a 20 year veteran performer, a wonderful singer and songwriter, extremely funny, and a regular member of the band on Prairie Home Companion who contributes many of the comedy songs for the show. He lives in St. Paul, Minnesota. This is a "don't miss" show for local guitar lovers.

As an extra treat for the audience, opening the show will be local singer/songwriter Dave Gerard.

DIRECTIONS: From Portsmouth NH Rt 95 take Rt 16 Spaulding Tpke North 4 miles. Take route 4 West, towards Concord about 8 miles. Take Durham/Newmarket Route 108 exit. At end of ramp make a left onto Route 108, towards Durham. Follow .7miles. Make left continuing on 108, towards Newmarket. Follow .5 miles and Mill Pond Center for the Arts will be on your right. Driveway is just past Mill Pond Professional Building.
